Karen has over 20 years experience in the Insurance Industry and is a Past President of the Manitoba Insurance Adjusters Association (MIAA).

She has had the opportunity to work for various Insurance Brokers as well as a large Insurance Company, specifically in the Commercial Underwriting Department and as an adjuster in the Claims Department.

With Karen’s background she is well versed with the claims process and works diligently with the team to ensure our performance indicators are met.

During her time with Denver Property Restoration Services Inc., Karen had been working in the Northern Division as an Executive Assistant primarily to the President/Owner, but she also assisted the Project Managers on their First Nations projects in our Northern Communities.  Karen has been upgraded to the position of Office Manager where she enjoys her leadership role assisting the President/Owner and the General Manager, along with taking on the role of Human Resources (HR).
