Jerico is 10 years new to the restoration industry. Born into a family of tradesmen and Engineers, his knowledge, and hands on experience of residential construction is deeply rooted.

A skilled builder/renovator by trade, he has been given several hats to wear over the years and has continuously built relationships with and assimilated knowledge and experience from industry experts. He is well versed in not only the architectural, structural, labor and cost components, but the extent of environmental and mitigation factors as well. His certifications include Asbestos and Mould removal as well as awareness for Residential building inspection, Fire, Water, AMRT and Trauma.

Denver Property Restoration has played a major role in his evolution from a Carpenter, Environmental then Emergency Manager, and now as a Project Manager.

Prior to joining the trades, he has over 10 years experience in Workforce Optimization, ITIL, Program Management, Six Sigma and Lean Management. He also has formal education in Biochemistry and Industrial Design.
