History

Denver was conceived and developed by Metis entrepreneur, Rick Perrin, who has built the company from the ground up with a focus on responding immediately to customer needs.

Rick has extensive experience within the field of insurance restoration, building construction and property management. Throughout his 35-year career he has managed the construction and maintenance of numerous commercial and residential buildings in Canada and specialty projects within the United States of America.

He has always maintained a strong involvement with the First Nation communities of Manitoba and aspires to develop and maintain long-lasting and sustainable business relationships. Denver Property Restoration provides training for community members to teach individuals how to prevent damage to their homes, how to address the damage in the event it does happen

Denver has grown from a three-person operation; into a team of 26 full time employees. We are registered in good standing with the Workers Compensation Board of Winnipeg, have successfully obtained COR certification with the Construction Safety Association of Manitoba, as well as having our construction and liability insurance.

The company has gained extensive experience working in the government, business, community sectors, which is a key differentiator from the competition. And during that time, Denver Property Restoration has grown its suite of services in response to the needs of its clients. Just recently, the company began offering general contracting services – to help communities as they seek to rebuild.
